Day 1: Haridwar – Barkot (Approx. 180 km / 7–8 hrs)

• Pickup from Haridwar in the morning

• Reach Barkot, a peaceful town by the Yamuna River
  

• Evening at leisure: Stroll through the village, enjoy views of apple orchards and local culture

🚶‍♂️ Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (36 km drive + 6 km trek one way)

• Early morning drive to Janki Chatti, base point for the trek

• Take a holy dip in Surya Kund, visit the Divya Shila, and seek blessings at the temple
  

• Return trek and drive back to Barkot by evening

1. Service Responsibility

WOW Taxi Service is responsible only for the services explicitly included and charged for in your package. Any additional services not paid for are considered optional and not guaranteed by us.

2. Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of delays or changes due to unavoidable reasons like strikes, accidents, riots, floods, or natural disasters, the itinerary may be modified or extended. Any additional cost arising due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.

No refunds will be given for early departure, illness, emergencies, or any unused portion of the tour.

3. Reservation Policy

• For last-minute bookings (within 48 hours), 100% payment is mandatory

• No refunds for dissatisfaction with hotel facilities or services
  
  

4. Child Policy

• Children aged 0–5 years (without bed): Complimentary
  
  
• Children aged 5–12 years: Charged as per extra bed rates
  
  

5. Payment Policy

• 25% advance payment to initiate the booking
  
  
• Balance 75% must be cleared before arrival
  
  
• Failure to pay on time may lead to automatic cancellation without notice
  
  

6. Cancellation Policy

• 75% refund if canceled 30 days before tour start
  
  
• 50% refund if canceled 15 days before
  
  
• 25% refund if canceled 7 days before
  
  
• No refund if canceled in the last 7 days
  
  

7. Identification Requirements

• All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License)
  
  
• Hotels/camps may deny check-in without proper ID proof
  
  

8. Accommodation Policies

• Hotels may offer extra mattress instead of extra bed for additional adults; inform us in advance for specific preferences
  
  
• Hotel check-in: 2:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM (early check-in/late checkout subject to availability and chargeable)
  
  
• Some hotels may charge extra for room heaters, Wi-Fi, or special food requests
  
  
• Meals are served as per fixed/buffet menu; extra items not included will be chargeable
  
  

9. Vehicle Policy

• In the event of a vehicle breakdown, a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible
  
  
• AC does not work in hill areas or when the vehicle is stationary
  
  
• Drivers will not drive in restricted zones or narrow lanes that risk traffic jams or safety issues
  
  
• Driving after sunset in hill areas is restricted for safety
  
  

10. Sightseeing & Local Rules

• Some destinations may have parking restrictions far from the site; guests may need to walk or arrange local transport at their own expense
  
  
• Tourist markets or mall roads in hill stations often restrict vehicle access; guests must comply with local transport rules
  
  
• If guests wish to revisit a location, it must be informed in advance, as it may incur extra parking or permit charges
  
  

11. Liability Disclaimer

• WOW Taxi Service is not liable for:
  
  
  • Weather disruptions, landslides, natural disasters
    
    
  • Flight/train delays, political unrest, road closures
    
    
  • Personal injuries, theft, loss of property, illness, or accidents during the trip
    
    
  • Services missed due to circumstances beyond our control
    
    

12. Final Notes

• This is a quotation, not a booking confirmation. Booking is subject to availability and full payment.
